If you haven’t been to Colorado, you should go now! Colorado is a great place to visit but you should know more about it before you go. Before you go you need to know its fascinating facts, geography, and its things to do.

The first thing you should know about Colorado is its fascinating facts. First of all, Colorado has some very famous people who lived there. A few of these people include Amy Adams, who is a very famous actor, and Tim Allen, an extremely famous actor. Another few people are John Elway, a football champion, and Molly Brown, a survivor of the Titanic! Colorado is also one of the “Four Corner States” a place where Colorado, Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico meet. Hopefully these fascinating facts will help you when you go to Colorado.

The next thing you will need to know about Colorado is its geography. Coloradois generally very hilly but in some places is very flat. It can also get very cold so the mountains get lots of snow, providing great skiing and snowboarding. The Rocky Mountains also run through Colorado. The highest elevation is Mount Elbert with a height of 14,433 feet! Now that you know the geography, you’ll know what to pack.

Finally, the last thing you should know about Colorado is the things to do. The first things you should do are skiing or snowboarding on the mountains. You can also visit the famous Rocky Mountains National Park. While you’re there, you can see its spectacular views! You can also visit Western Colorado where you can go to Dinosaur National Park. Another area you can go to is Colorado Springs. You can go to the U.S committee there. You can also see the U.S Air Force Academy just north of Colorado Springs. If you try all of these things to do, your days in Colorado will be busy and fun.
Colorado is definitely the best state in the U.S.There are lots of things to do and all of them fun. You should go to Colorado; it will be worth your time.
